COMPANY POLICY
The management of Ottopuntouno SRL always takes into strong consideration updates in both the technological and regulatory fields, as it is aware of the importance of having consolidated quality standards to continue the improvement achieved to date.
For this reason, its main objective is to achieve certification according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard for its process of:
Provision of engineering services, design and production of special custom components for the motorsport sector; testing, marketing of spare parts for racing scooters and motorbikes
It is therefore the Company’s intention to address and resolve the problems resulting from the pursuit of this goal by adopting adequate operational means, creating an environment suitable for the correct performance of activities and above all by making all the Personnel working in the Company responsible in a coordinated manner.
In the context of the relationships that Ottopuntouno maintains with its Customers, the following essential prerogatives remain:

With regard to the Company’s relationships with its Suppliers, it is considered desirable:

The Company’s objective is to ensure that all activities are developed efficiently in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the sector and the demands of the market and customers. In particular, it is committed to:

1) Constant determination in the pursuit of Customer satisfaction and in the reduction of complaints from Customers.

2) Pursuit of assiduous and constant collaboration with suppliers/consultants with the aim of activating relationships based on continuous and joint growth of overall quality.

3) Improve the working environment and stimulate the participation of resources in the improvement of services, pursuing the ever scrupulous and careful training of staff.

4) Carry out research and development of increasingly new and innovative products

Ottopuntouno srl has designated a member of the Management who, regardless of other responsibilities, has defined responsibility and authority to:
• ensure that the quality management system processes are implemented and maintained;
• define and implement improvement actions based on risk analysis;
• promote customer awareness of our products through training.
The Management nevertheless points out that the achievement of the objectives defined above is its own responsibility and that of all the Staff and it is the prerogative of everyone that the Quality System is actively managed and continuously improved by motivated, responsible and professionally trained people. The General Management undertakes to take an active role in the promotion and guidance of all activities having an influence on Quality, through the dissemination, at all levels, of the Policy set out here and the periodic verification of its degree of suitability, understanding and implementation through direct feedback and periodic examinations of the results achieved. Furthermore, the Management together with the Quality Control Manager uses risk analysis as a tool to increasingly focus on business improvement.
